Fire Prevention Awareness Training
Every months 3rd Friday from 3pm to 7pm we organize Firefighter Burn Injury Awareness Training

Through the Assistance of Firefighters we do organize awareness training program. Fire accident happens in a second without any notice, most cases we do wring treatment that is why we need awareness training:
- The risk associated with firefighting and receiving a burn injury
- The design, limitations, and use of personnel protective equipment
- Causes of firefighter burn injuries
- Firefighter safety, situational awareness, and risk assessment
- What we have learned from the past reviewing case studies
- Pre-hospital treatment of a burn injury
- Treatment and rehabilitation process following a burn injury
- Building partnership with your local burn unit

Water-Related Injuries
Every months 2nd Friday from 3pm to 7pm we organize Water-Related Injuries Awareness Training

We have trained lifeguard, with their support we do organize awareness training program. Bangladesh is a reverine country with lots of ponds, cannels and water injury, children death in water is huge. We organize training:
- Avoid swimming with a pre-existing illness or injury. If in doubt, talk to a sports medicine professional.
- Always warm up, stretch and cool down.
- Gradually increase the intensity and duration of training
- Get instruction from an accredited swimming coach to ensure proper technique.
- Core strengthening, rotator cuff strengthening and land based exercises done pre, post and during your swimming season.
- From the age of 6 try to teach your children how to swim, below this age avoid from open or close water.
- Supervise. Never leave children unsupervised near a pool, hot tub or natural body of water.
- Learn cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Parents and child care providers should know CPR.

Sports Training
Every months 1st and 4th Friday from 07am to 12pm and 3pm to 7pm we organize Sports Training

In our bucket we have various experienced coaches for many sports disciplines. Come and join our free open sports activity and let us understand with you in which category yourkids or you passionate and have skills to shine:
- Kids
From the age of 05 any gender are welcome to get train swimming, running, biking, football and badmintion.
- Children
Any gender from the age of 12 are welcome to get train in any sports which he/she confident.
- Youth
Dragon boating a form of Nouka Baaich (boat race) praticing and participiting by team Dancing Bee, Bangladesh Dragoners, included masters also.
- Masters
Who are retired from their regular sports life is welcome to get fit in share their experience and techniques with new talents.
